Tax Law Disputes (i.e. direct tax and Indirect tax law disputes) Corporate, Commercial litigations and Arbitrations, Product Liability, Liquidations and Insolvencies, Contract Disputes, [commercial and civil disputes] Corporate Lease Agreement disputes, Banking; Competition law and Restraint of Trade disputes, Construction Disputes; Financial Markets ( disputes about ‘trust properties’); Energy law disputes (i.e. electricity) and General litigation [i.e. labour and tender disputes).
